EICR Testing in Pinner

Pinner's housing stock ranges from Victorian terraces around the village centre and Church Lane, through to 1930s semis on Cuckoo Hill and the larger post-war detached homes towards Pinner Hill. Older properties — particularly anything built before 1970 — are most likely to have wiring that hasn't been updated since installation. An EICR will tell you exactly what condition the installation is in, and whether it needs remedial work.

For landlords, an EICR is a legal requirement under the Electrical Safety Standards in the Private Rented Sector (England) Regulations 2020. You need one every five years, or at the start of each new tenancy — whichever comes first.
