Landlord EICRs — Done Properly

I deal with landlords and letting agents across Pinner and Hemel Hempstead every week. I'll arrange access with your tenants directly, carry out the inspection, and get your certificate to you the same day — no chasing, no fuss.

You're legally required to have one

Since June 2020, landlords in England must have a valid EICR for every rental property. Get caught without one and you're looking at a fine of up to £30,000 — it's not worth the risk.

Every 5 years — or each new tenancy

EICRs need renewing at least every 5 years, or whenever a new tenancy starts. I'll keep a record and let you know when yours is coming up.

Certificate sent the same day

Once the inspection is done, you'll have your certificate digitally the same day — ready to send straight to your letting agent or tenants.

Remedial Works Included

If the inspection identifies any C1 or C2 faults, we can carry out all remedial works on the same visit or shortly after — saving you the hassle of finding another electrician.
