Fixed Price Jobs
How the fixed prices work
The bedroom bands above are the EICR prices: £80, £130, £180 and £230. A five-bedroom house or a commercial unit is quoted before I come out. A consumer unit replacement starts from £500 and is usually half a day. A home EV charger starts from £999 all-in for a standard install. The charger, the cable, the labour and the NAPIT certificate are in that figure. A longer cable run is said before you book, not added afterwards.
A rewire is not on the list as a single number, because the house decides it. A typical 3-bed New Town house in Hemel starts from around £3,500 and usually takes 3–5 days. Older houses are quoted after a free survey. An extra socket starts from £60 for a spur. Call-out rates above are for fault finding and small jobs.
